We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Tull 100 project here at NWAMI, and we are particularly proud to have received our certificate to show that we as an organisation are working to remember and pay tribute to those who fought for our country in the First World War.

Walter Tull provides a story which demonstrates just how important it is that we do not discriminate against other based on race, religion, culture or beliefs. At the time that he served, it was written in military law that only those of Pure European decent were allowed to become commissioned officers. Despite, through hard work and a recognition of his hard work and a demonstration of his talents Walter Tull was commissioned to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant.

Thank you to all those involved who took part!
